Warranty Policy

 

Rainbow Vapor is proud to offer a 30 day from time of purchase warranty against manufacture defects. Rainbow Vapor must be informed of the issue within 30 days of sale for our warranty to be valid. Rainbow Vapor reserves the right to instruct the customer on the proper usage of the device to correct any issues.

Customers have 2 options returning goods once Rainbow Vapor has been contacted and the warranty return has been approved by us.

 

1) The customer can purchase the replacement on the site paying full price including shipping if applicable. When the returned goods have been received a refund will be issued for the purchase price plus the $12.50 shipping charge using the method that the goods were purchased with. This option allows you to get the replacement as quick as possible, and also allows you to purchase additional product beyond what is being replaced with your shipping cost refunded.

 

2) The customer can mail the defective item back to Rainbow Vapor. Once received Rainbow Vapor will send out the replacement item using regular post.

Rainbow Vapor does not accept returns of items that are not defective due to a manufacturing issue. Rainbow Vapor does not accept returns of items that have been damaged by the user, and reserves the right to determine if that is the case when the goods are returned.Rainbow Vapor's decision is final.

 

Rainbow Vapor does not accept returns of e-juice or cartridges due to sanitary reasons. All goods returned under warranty are destroyed and not resold.
